You can receive a check payment of 25% per order for everyone you refer to buy my products using my special product order form. So, for instance, if your friend orders my book, "Weight Loss Surgery, Finding the Thin Person Hiding Inside You," you would receive a check for $4.73!

Simply print out the product order form and enter your name and other information at the bottom and give it to the person you are referring.  That person will fill out the rest of the order form and mail it to us with their check.  We will then send you your referral payment.

You can refer as many people as you want and receive 25% of whatever dollar amount they order.  Only the products on the special order form are eligible for this program.
