Being one month post-op, this
seminar was invaluable to me. I learned so much, and know what to
look for (as far as carbs, etc.) now that I can begin to add food
to my diet again! A medium-rare filet mignon is my favorite!! The
tip about the warm beverage prior to eating is a gem! I tried it,
and it really does help! Thank you so much for such an
interesting and informative seminar. I was thrilled to be able to
participate! I can't wait to get Chef David's cookbook!!

Even though I'm 7 months after surgery, 150
lbs less, attend support group every month, and have access to
over 200 WLS friends via the Internet daily- I learned something
new with every question!!

My surgery is scheduled for 2 weeks from now,
so I know I have lots to learn. There was good content and lots
of excellent hints that it would take months to gather on your
own. It is much more meaningful coming from someone who has
experienced gastric bypass. He did a good job of using his
own experience to highlight a point.

I felt like I was in a front row seat with
you and 100 other people and able to participate. I could hear
everything very well. I loved the content of the seminar and
a lot of my questions were answered. I am looking forward to the
next telephone seminar and I thank you and Chef David for taking the
time to help all of us. It amazed me that so many people from all

I am so thankful I dialed in. It was so
informative. I am almost 6 months post-op, but I did learn many

This telephone seminar was wonderful. I thought it might be a little
corny but it was very informational. I saw my surgeon a couple
of days later and told him and his nurse some of the tips David
mentioned on the telephone seminar. They were very interested. My
apprehension of doing this seminar is completely gone, and I would
be very interested in your next seminar.

Loved the content. I learned much about which
cuts of meat to buy and how to cook them. Loved Chef David's
favorite beef marinade recipe he gave in answer to my question-
and it's very yummy too!

op. I have learned that there is so much more than what I am
eating now. And he gave me ideas for the future after I am off

I learned several things. I am six months
post-op and learned some good ideas for food and snacks. I have
ordered the Just the Cheese and will be trying it soon. I enjoyed
hearing someone who has been there talk, especially someone who
knows food content.

The speaker was knowledgeable and, since he
is 'one of us' really went to the heart of the issues that we cope
with. I got some good ideas of how to prepare food, especially
meat, and include more protein in my diet.

informative. It had handouts and most of all, the subject matter
